Basic terms for the invite-only beta, pending final legal review.
Use of the service
Sincere.dev is provided during the invite-only beta on a fair-usage basis. You're responsible for the content of your requests and for complying with the acceptable-use policies of the underlying model providers your traffic is routed to.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent rate limits or budgets, or use the platform to violate the rights of others.
Availability
During beta, the service is provided as-is while we work toward our uptime targets. Enterprise SLAs are available as part of paid agreements at general availability.
Changes
These terms are placeholders pending final legal review and will be updated before general availability. We'll notify account holders of material changes.
